18th Feb 2026 Lydiate residents received a letter on 18th Feb 2026 about the planning application for this land.

26th JANUARY 2025

PLANNING POTENTIAL.CO.UK   ON BEHALF OF MACTAGGART & MICKEL (MAC/MIC) WROTE TO SEFTON COUNCIL TO FORMALLY REQUEST A SCREENING OPINION ( THEY CONCLUDED ON BEHALF OF MAC MIC) THAT AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT  (EIA) WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED) IN RESPECT OF LAND NORTH OF LAMBSHEAR LANE,LYDIATE FOR 400 HOMESAND MIXED USE LOCAL CENTRE. THIS WAS ON THE SEFTON PLANNING APPLICATIONS -LYDIATE PARISH COUNCIL 26TH JANUARY 2025.

ON 27TH FEBRUARY 2025 SEFTON COUNCIL REPLIED THAT THEY CONSIDERED THAT THE PROPOSALS ARE CONSIDERED TO GIVE RISE TO SIGNIFICANT ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS FROM AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT PERSPECTIVE AND THAT AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT IS REQUIRED.
